Education Leads and IT Managers

If you are an education lead or IT manager for your institution, you can be assigned the Group Manager role. This will allow you to add your learners to courses, and generate reports for your institution.

If you need this role in the system, please submit a support ticket, and we will verify your position at your institution, then add you to the system with that role.
